Cancellation policy

One-Time Orders You may cancel a one-time order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, email us immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refer to our Refund & Return Policy if there is an issue with your delivered order.

How We Process Cancellations Confirmed cancellations will be acknowledged via email within 1 business day. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
